This workshop looks at the development
and use of Key Performance Indicators. We discuss how they’re created
and used and how they change over time. The ultimate success of any change
strategy is strongly dependent on how the change is introduced and implemented.
We therefore focus on team development and management participation in
the development and use of metrics created during the session.

of KPIs. The session will address multiple levels of accountability and management
responsibilty.
